While in Missouri I have seen some people place old tires on the roof to keep the noise down.
It may not look too pretty but helps.

Re: Foul odor
don't know how this got under heating & cooling but do I need a vent under the sink. It tees off and goes down underneath to the sewer line which I assume is vented somewhere through the roof !!

Foul odor
Under the bathroom sink I notice that it appears to vent under the cabinet. There is a short pipe with a vented cap on it. This is where the odor is coming from.
Is it supposed to be vented under there?
Thanks

Hitch jack
I'm making a cover for the hitch on our home.
I removed the two bolts for the hitch jack and it is loose but won't slide up or down but about a 1/2 inch.
Thanks

Re: Blower is squealing
I did take the motor apart too ( before I saw yer post ) . The bearings are sealed but with the shaft all the way out I can see inside a little gap or seam so I squirted some 3in1 oil in both sides and put it back together and it's working great for two days now ..

To clean a blower motor
Again I have a E2EH012HA electric heater. I read in an old post to clean the motor and blower.
Do I take the motor completely apart out of it's case. Also I see no oil holes Greg talked about in the post.
Thanks Guys & Gals.

Blower is squealing
I have a E2EH012HA Furnace. The blower is starting to squeal after running about 5 minutes.
Is there a belt that needs replacing or something else.Is there an oil hole to squirt some oil into it ?
I am going replace the sequencer on the 1st when I get my check.
Thanks

Re: Zimmer Mh electric bill??
Another thing to check is the hot water heater elements. I had one go bad in a stick home and didn't know it. The electric bill was crazy. I noticed it by accident by walking past the electric meter and noticed it spinning like a top. I went in and shut off the breakers except the water heater and w...

Water filter
Everytime the park shuts off the water for a repair when turned back on we always get bits of junk in our faucet airators. Is there a screen like one for a washing machine to put somewhere to stop this. How would I put one where the supply line comes from the park to the home ?
