Robert I have an intertherm E2EB020HA in my home with a filter on the a coil that i keep clean. Should there be a filter on the vented door also or just the a-coil only? If you do put it on the door do you remove the one from the A-coil? Also can you oil the motor without taking it out? thanks Gary

Re: Can they all be up there?
I have a home close to what this looks like. Mine is a 1999 28x50. We had a roofing company come in that had 6 men. They all got there at 6:00 AM and was done by 2:30 pm with the roof. They were all up there with no trouble or damage to the house. All of them working at the same time. It was like wa...

Re: red toggle switch
We bought a 1999 Skyline two years ago and there is a small detail about the house that eludes us. In the laundry room we have a toggle switch on the wall next to the light switch. The light switches themselves are not toggle switches. The one in the laundry room is red, lit when it's in the on pos...

RE: Leak Above Window but below roofline
JD explained this exactly to what I just went through this week and I just had fixed on my doublewide shingle roof. It is a combination of poor pitch and cheap shingles on new manufactured homes. My home is only ten years old but I knew long time ago by the granules debris in my gutters and on the g...

RE: Roof Drain Vent Question
Thanks for the reply Greg. The reason this has come up is because we just had a winter storm with a lot of sleet in the mix. It was deep enough that it covered my vents and blocked air flow of sewer gas until enough warm air from the home melted the ice around the vent pipe so it could flow again. W...

Roof Drain Vent Question
Was wondering why the drain roof vents on our homes are so short and have a cap on them.
All the stick built homes i see have no caps and are at least two times longer than my home.
Can we remove the cap to help keep the vent from being covered up or blocked by winter snow and ice storms.

Hi Bluegrass, I also live and own sunshine 1999 model double wide. I have this same switch at my side entry. I was told by the sales staff at the purchase of my home this switch was to shut down power to my water heater tank. I have never tried it so cannot say for 100% that is what it does. Gary th...
