RE: Outdoor water spigot problem
HI, I don't have my mobile home anymore, but when I did, my boyfriend at the time used to shut off my spigot in the winter, he said to stop it from freezing, cause it dripped. I couldn't tell you where he did it, it was somewhere underneath cause he had to move the skirting, then in the summer, he w...

RE: Secretary of State
Thank you Mark, that is what I thought. I actually just got my brothers truck, and he signed the title, and I took it in myself to transfer it into my name. I was hoping / assuming this title would be the same way. And I'll leave the price line blank, since I am just letting them have it at no charge.

Secretary of State
I have a quick question, hopefully. I have sold my home, (actually I'm giving it to someone) and they told her at the park office that we have to go to Sec of State and transfer title. Ok fine. My question is, do I have to go also? or just her as the new owner? I paid cash for it, there is no money ...

RE: give it away or demolish
Geeze, I just found this second page. I though when people replied to a post, it put it back in front, or at least updated it somehow. This says the last post was Yanita on April 6, on the front page, so I didn't know there were more responses. I'm going to talk with the girl who may be getting it. ...

RE: give it away or demolish
Well I think I have found a friend of a friend who likes my trailer. He is going to take it for his daughter. I think to get her out of his house! hahaha. She also has a young daughter of her own. She is older, (30?) and came back to the parents house, like a lot of "children" do. And my p...

RE: give it away or demolish
Sorry about your kitty. Isn't it something how we get so attached to our pets? and this stray isn't even mine, and he's only taken to me like just this past winter, but I think I'm the only human contact he has. And I feed him once in the morning and once in the evening, so I'm worried where he will...

RE: give it away or demolish
There really is no university close by. There is only a community college. I put a flyer yesterday at my grocery store bulletin board. I thought of taking the stray cat with me, but he is such an outside cat. When the other lady tried to take him in, he freaked in her house, then went under the chai...

RE: give it away or demolish
Thank you guys for your suggestions and kind words. I'm still looking. I've called a couple "friend of a friends" but no bites yet. It looks now like I will be moving in July. So I have a little over 90 days. One thing is if I go for demolition, the park wants 30 days notice. I intend to p...

RE: give it away or demolish
I wish I could. They said they don't do that. I would even give it to them and they could resell it, just to wash my hands of it. But they said all they could do is put it on their website for sale. And even with that, they take a percentage. I may put it on Craigs list, and either someone can live ...

give it away or demolish
My mother recently passed away, and it looks like I'll be moving back home to her house. I have a 12 x 65 that I have lived in for 5 years in Michigan. Nothing is wrong with it, but maybe decor (1970's) and probably could use a roof recoat, I was gonna do that this summer, and / or a relevel. I don'...

Can you still get underneath there easily like if you have a frozen pipe, or need to work on your ducts or something? I like not having to go up steps too! Just wondering if the positives outweigh the negatives

When you walk in the front door, do you think you are stepping right onto the floor? They must have a basement?

Are they a maintenance "COMPANY" or just some guys you had do the work? If they are a company, they should stand by what they did, pictures or no pictures.

RE: Used or left over
Hmm....good info, I was thinking of moving a deck in one piece, (if possible, like on a trailer, or back of a truck, and then setting it up in my yard. or at least taking it in as few pieces as possible. I'll have to keep my eye out for ones that are moving. It seems a lot are moving out of my park,...
