It is just your regular run of the mill skirting that I see on most mobiles. I know that there is already water under there on the plastic barrier. Now, of all things, the air is not blowing very cold. It was fine yesterday. I am going to have to call an a/c man now for sure. It is HOT in Texas. Sho...

Where is entrance into skirting?
How do I find where to enter the skirting so I can go beneath my single wide? Do I just pull it off and bend it to replace it?

a/c drain disconnected, draining on slab
I noticed that the outside drain for my a/c is not dripping anymore and there is drainage coming out onto my slab. Apparently, the drain must have come disconnected under the house. Will this hurt anything? I cannot even find where to go inside the skirting to check the underbelly of my single wide.

Hallway walls are buckeling out slightly where the strips between drywall pieces used to be. Could the walls be wet inside? If so...

Osb board around AC unit looks wet, smells of mildew
I pulled up carpet and vinyl in hallway and noticed that osb board is darker (wet I guess) Smells like mildew. This area is around the AC unit. I assume that the AC pan overflowed at one time before I moved in. There is always about 1/2 inch or less of water in the drainage pan of AC. The Ac was fil...

Can I paint aluminum siding?
I have a yr 2000 Clayton SW. Can the aluminum siding be painted and still look good? I would really like to replace the ugly original vertical siding and get wood look vinyl but wonder about the expense. I just want it to have a nicer appearance. Any suggestions? Thanks, Rosemary
