Moving an air vent

I am renovating our bathroom and I am thinking of moving the air vent from under the window in the outside wall to centre of an inside wall. Would there be a problem with this, or do they have to stay under the outside window for a reason.
There is a new window going in as well.

Hi Robert, The only reply I got was they could not put one into the air duct like you would in a normal house.
