It was the lock itself. Took it back and they exchanged it with no problem. New lock installed and it works like a charm! Thanks everyone for your input.

I just replaced my exterior door, and decided to replace the door locks at the same time. I just finished installing the new door knob, and low and behold the exterior side of the knob won't turn. Thanks for the input! I was thinking the same things. I could understand the concept keeping heat in, but could not understand how a foil product under the trailer would help keep it cool. It's not the bottom of the trailer that receives direct sun!

Radiant Wrap?

This company has come through my mobile home park, advertising for a reflective foil wrap used under the trailer. They claim it will block 97% of the heat trying to come in to the trailer during the summer and 97% of the heat escaping during the winter. Any one heard of this product or similar ones?

I used the smart tiles product in my kitchen and I love them. They were super quick and very easy to install. Ordered from Amazon, and even with shipping paid way less than I would have from the big box stores. I would recommend them!

Absolutgirl21, just wondering if you ended up doing the re-leveling yourself or if you hired it out. I'm also in the Edmonton area, and don't have the confidence to re-level myself, but am also not having a lot of luck finding a company to do it for me.
