Partial sub floor replacement
I ripped the old carpet and pad up from the 69 Northland. Only 2 bad places that need new floor. About a 2-2x3 spots near the 2 main room vents(12' across here) . It broke through right next to the vents. I'm thinking 3/4" plywood. Set the circular saw to 7/8"? also should I screw or nail ...

Update
Spent last week cleaning and discovering. The stain on paneling was washed off with bleach. looks like something wet was stored against wall. the 2x4 is just holding up a loose shelf. The Bathroom tile is wet due to a leaking rubber boot around the venting for the electric water heater compartment. ...

Mold or stains?
We just bought this place in Oct and are getting ready to repair and paint. the bathroom stain is right under 2 roof vents. any ideas for resealing?

We are probably going with beadboard. that way, we can fix anything above the ceiling that is causing the sagging.

Hello, I bought a mobile home on a lake lot and the Coleman gas (propane) furnace has not been on for 6-7 years. the (stove)Water(electric) hasnt been on either. Is there anything that I should do to make sure these are in safe condition?

I saw on youtube that someone replaced the ceiling panels with grooved (beadboard)wall board. it looked really good. the 2x2 crossbeams look good too.

We bought this MH on a Lake lot in Oct but havent spent time in it yet(winter). we are going to put $ into it to make it fun and user friendy. We would like to know if its feasible to remove ceiling panels permanently and paint whats above to make it look larger. We dont use it in winter so we arent...
