Leakin'seal/roof jak
Hi, I went up there, (roof) & used roof cement, (about 2 wks ago). Yesterday, the rain came in, had to shut furnace off & am drying the area with a fan. I tried to cover around furnace, I'm not sure if it's going to work or not when I turn it back on. Any suggestions

RE: Roof holes/repair!
Update; I just came down off roof, I removed tarp, since it's freezing tonight (literally). Some of roof cement was stuck/pulled away a little when I took the tarp off. So I wonder if it's gonna be ok? I had to rush; a neighbor that was supposed to help me bailed; luckily I grabbed another in time (...

Roof holes/repair!
Ok, so I was up on my roof yesterday  . I had been up there a couple days ago too, to cover my roof jack & around it (which itself is fine, but the sealant around it had deteriorated, letting rain water (not a lot) in just above my furnace on the inside. No damage to furnace, TG. I purchase...

Re: RE: Roof Jack-major probs.
What type of roof do you have. Sounds as though it may be leaking around the roof jack. Ice dams are created from having a dip in the roof. The sealant you use is dependent upon the roof type. Yanita well, i was up there yesterday. roof has black flat tar-like shingles. there are gaps around the RJ...

Hi again. Ok. I had an adjuster out. I thought there's something wrong w/RoofJack, was getting rain in, TG it didn't hurt the furnace. YET. So, my plain is to tarp it for now during rain. Adjuster says RJ is ok, but something about ice damn, I just can't remember. Anyway, we've been having above 40'...

Ok. Sorry, I do not have a camera to take pics of this. I think tomorrow will be the day to fix my siding. Well, I don't know now, seeing the weather, (chance of rain, + high winds 20 -30 mph). The temp will be around 40, I may do it today. Fri. or weekend, the latest. I kinda prefer wkend, cause to...

Re: RE: siding prob.
Did you pay the park if so i would have them come back because they apparently haven't fixed the problem they were paid to fix No, they did it free. I think the only reason they did fix it, was b/c they were afraid it would damage one of their houses  (both rental & owners, here). This pi...

Hi, well the park said they'd fix it, & they did, Fri. But . It's now hanging down again, the way it was. I'm not real good on ladders. I can't borrow anything, my neighbors are just not cool that way. I'll have to rent 1, (has t/b @ least 7ft) then get up there w/the flashing sticky 'tape...

RE: PLEASE-Help/Coleman-Evcon furnace
I measured from furnace to ceiling, it's 14 1/2 in. I guess moodel # is: DGAT056BDD, does that sound right? That model # is listed in a couple places..If I dried off the circuit board, it's still ruined?
Thanks a lot!
