Take a ride on the Nass Valley highway JD and you will see not only black bears but grizzlies too right on the side of the road here. Even the bears know we are known for the best salmon fishing on the continent. They love their sockeye.

put down painter's tape on both sides of area to be caulked. after applying caulk run wet finger lightly over caulk then pull up painter's tape where excess caulk ran over and you have a professional looking caulk job. Make sure area to be caulked is clean & dry.

you pretty well have to buy one thats fairly solid structurally wise with good solid electrical and plumbing. Gotta buy when prices are low and live in it or rent it till the market surges. bought mine for 9500 bucks and spent 6500 on it for total of 16000 and home is worth between 20000-25000 right...

Hi Moonie! I installed my insulation separate behind my skirting. I installed John Mansville 6 inch R-22 fiberglass wrapped in poly and in cold northern winters its like spring time under my home.

Iam you cannot use the 6 mil poly at the bottom of the insulation as this will trap moisture in your joists and insulation. you have to use a "breathable" material to hold up the insulation, the poly has to be above the insulation on the top of the joists and under the plywood floor. sorry...
