Window Frame repair how to

these pics that I included that show the small plastic inserts that hold the window in it's channel, I think I can order these pieces but I am not sure how to remove the broken ones. The home is a 1985 Nashau model. Hope someone else has done this so that I can get some advise on how to do this. htt...

Garden Tub Drain Stopper rotted and need a new one

Can anyone tell me what size the stopper plug should be for a 1984 Nashua mobile home garden tub.

The original rotted and I cannot find one to use off the shelf so to speak that will work. I hope I dont have to get a whole drain setup to make something work.

My sons 1984 mobile home has the ceiling that every 8 or 10 inches there is a 3/4 inch strip that separates the textured pattern panels. Now can these be removed and how? Roof Repair recommendation

My son owns a 1984 Nashau home and the roof will need cool sealed this summer. What is recommended before you cool seal particularly the roof edge that meets the siding.

Any advise will be helpful

I have a Coleman furnace Model number 7670C856 the burner is running and the heat on process works fine except the blower motor cycles for sometime before it finally runs continuously until the temp is at the thermostat setting.
