Properly sizede and installed a good on demand WH can be a good thing,I tried skimping twice and the results here in NE IA are less than adequate,,,useable for just Me but would *never* satisfy a family.

On My singlewide I found some gen info on an old paper glued to the wall in the furnace "closet". mine is a 76 Hillcrest and the info was just to the left of the furnace. After 33 years it isn't totally legibles but some useable info was still there.

Hmmm,since the look of many DWs look much like a ranch style house that might be a search idea for Your browser,,"ranch style home landscape",or something of that nature. To My mind trees pose a danger in storms but they do look nice in a yard and give shade too.. You don't have to go high...
