Topic: How much have you spent on propane?

With a propane furnace it is basically set to burn a certain way, there may be adjustments for the flame but I just don't know that yet. For propane heaters the flame is at it's most efficient when the flame is blue, the orange/yellow color means a % is unburnt and polutes the indoor air while wasting...

Unless things have changed here in the good old land of "A Place To Grow"(Iowa)You can do Your own no matter who you are but it *has to be* inspected/passed by a licensed electrician,,costly?,,maybe,,but depending on the amount of work and what changes the licensed sparky finds,,might be w...

Well I cool My house by drawing air in from the shady end with a fan, helper fan in the middle and a fan on the other end to expel air. if I had tobacco hanging in the end room that expels air then it wouldn't permeate the house and it would have constant draft. If I do go ahead and try to shade skir...

Hmm,just saw Yer post now Audie,Yer lucky You caught it. I didn't and mixing the two colors might have contributed to My intake gasket going bad on the truck. That and some front end work beyond My abilities cost Me over $900 before winter.

Yepper, what everybody else said is right, plus,it is the gallons used that help to figure wether you are burning too much fuel. If You locked in the price late last summer when all fuel was high that will inflate the dollars spent but the gallons used might be within reason. I screwed up and had My t...

Well that's hopefully a plus Audie. And if the tranny fluid leaked from a line outside the radiator that's a good sign the fluids stayed seperate, least I think so anyway. Still bothers Me to hear of both fluids leaking at the same time tho. Actually a hot radiator can affect an automatic transmissio...

Addendum;; There are companies that move entire structures and they could probably lift and spin Your house 1/4 turn,I don't know if lifting an entire manufactured home would have special considerations or not. If the house movers were working closely with Your trusted MH contractor *maybe* it could...

Oh jeeez,,where to start?;; 1st You need a place to live while Your house is dismantled back to factory sections, then a crane to move the sections out of the way(got room for that?),cranes around here can cost $250 - $500 per hour depending on lift capacity and charge from the time they leave their ...

Well audie,I'm not Sherry but I gotta chime in. I'm also not a mechanic but have a few ideas; If You blew a line and a hose outside the radiator You might be ok. If an automatic tranny line blew inside the radiator and the fluids mixed,,,well,,,that just ain't good at all. Is it possible the radiato...
