Have you ever ran the a/c in this home ? The owners says it has worked, since, the new t-stat was installed. IF no wires are connected to RC, then RH and RC have to be jumpered to have a/c. Jumber Number 3 is jumped RC - RH Connected. The a/c control box is inside furnace, but is not the one you me...

Remove cover(s) of t-stat to reveal wires, turn t-stat to OFF and test across RC and Y and then across RC and G. Test both sets for 24VAC. I did this, but, RC has no wire going to it. wires are connected to: W Y RH G So i tested RC to Y and G - No current So i tested RH to Y and G - No current I do...
