I have been repairing mobile homes for over 23 years. I have never seen a coating for asphalt shingles that can give you your money's worth. At best, the sealant may last a year or two if you are leaking now. That is just what I have found from my experience. This is what I was thinking from his qu...

Its been quite a few years since I've been in the roofing biz (about 20 yrs now) and both of those are new for me so I'm probably no help at all really, but looking over "WHITE ELASTOMERIC ROOF COATING" it doesn't say its for use on shingles.. What might help you even more tho is stepping ...
