Re: Gurgling sound from washing machine drain pipe
God Bless and sending prayers and I hope you get to feeling better soon. Chemo is very hard on a person, had several family members go through it. It only took the plumber about 15 minutes to snake my drain and he had an industrial size snake. Once he did that I have not had a problem since. He is a...

Re: Gurgling sound from washing machine drain pipe
I had mine back up into the shower in the main bathroom on a Sunday. Noticed the shower was not draining right and then went to wash a load of clothes, next thing I know the washer was not draining and backing up into the shower. I caught it in time and turned the washer off. I had to call a plumber...

Re: Important to make sure your skirting is in good shape
This polar vortex needs to go. After 2 days of -35 degrees today I turned on the bathroom sink in the back and it was partially frozen but broke loose. I have a heater back there and left them dripping but its just to cold.
So, I hope this ends soon.

Re: Important to make sure your skirting is in good shape
The underbelly should be sealed up real well. I paid the guys extra to do that this summer when they installed new skirting. They were supposed to go under and seal everything up real good with insallation and tape. As for the GFI I have no idea where it is, there are no outlets along the outside of...

Re: Important to make sure your skirting is in good shape
They are saying -40 degrees wind chill here in Ohio next week, I am sure that will involve some frozen pipes here. I am not looking forward to this. There is hea tape under there but not so sure its working as the GFI has probably tripped. I have no idea where its even at under there. Just praying n...

Re: Final Attempt at Finding a Solution!
I have the same exact problem. I even searched the internet because I thought something was wrong underneath the trailer. So I guess this is a common problem. Yes I too have a hard time sleeping because of all the popping and crackling, I can`t stand it either. I have a 14 by 70 which also is just s...

Re: Question on mice
I too have had mice problems and used spray foam to insulate. I will be watching to see if that helps. I did not know they chew through it though, wow. I have cats in the house so that may help some. Will be keeping an eye on your post to see what happens. I know when my mom( this was my mom`s place...

Re: DGAA077BDTA Coleman Doors
Yes I do still need that bracket, if you are holding the door to put it back on, it is the left bracket.
Would gladly pay you a little for it and shipping of course.

Re: skirting
yes that is one problem, the condensation drip line is underneath the trailer, when they put the skirting on they did not vent it outside. I was not here as I has a family member in the hospital at the time. They also did not put any vents in the skirting whatsoever. In my mind if they ever installe...

DGAA077BDTA Coleman Doors
I am looking for an upper door for this model, actually I only need the left bracket that holds it on. Just moved in here and the bracket is missing from the door. I hate to buy the whole door which online runs about 100.00
Any ideas?

skirting
I had skirting installed in August, they put a couple of vented panels at the end of the trailer but they look like they are blocked by another piece of skirting behind it, they did not put any other vented panels around the trailer or any other vents. I am now having a huge moisture problem in the ...

Re: Washe shaking the whole house
Yes I am going to try the rubber blocks first as that is the cheapest alternative to start. The make ones that the feet sit down in and they make just ones that the washer feet sit on. I am not sure which ones to buy.

Re: Washe shaking the whole house
No its every load now here since I moved. It did not do this before. The woman that cuts my hair said maybe some type of spring came loose that hold the agitator but I can`t figure out how to get the back of it off and I am afraid to mess with it for fear of messing it up.

Washe shaking the whole house
I just moved into my mom`s old mobile home. The floor was rotten underneath where the washer and dryer were. I had a guy replace the flooring there. Anyhow the washer now is shaking the entire house when it is in spin cycle. It did not do that in the other mobile home I lived in so I know there is n...

Re: Water heater replacement
I had a plumber install and switch mine over from gas to electric here in Ohio, only cost about 800.00. He wired hot water heater from the breaker box for me. I felt a lot safer with the electric than previous gas as I had problems with the gas not being vented right ap through the MH and was ventin...
