I looked on the Menards website and found a 5 piece surround for $56. Very barebones but will solve your problem.

Re: 3in1 questions! :) How to fix... Hole in wall, wall moun
Many factory mobile home faucets are of lower quality, and finding parts is tough to impossible. Probably would be easier to replace with a new one of better quality. Just take your old one into your local store and get a replacement with the same dimensions. As for the TV mounting, you will probabl...

Re: Water leak. Best way to open belly?
In whatever shape you make your cuts in the belly, make sure the cuts are as straight as possible, makes it easier to tape everything up when you're done. Gray plastic is the pb pipe, I would replace with pex. If time and budget won't allow you to replace everything with pex, you can fix your leak w...

Re: water leak please help
Best way to tackle this is what Greg posted, start at the roof, and work your way down, sealing as you go. Dont forget to seal around windows and around any trim around them. Probably a good idea to dry out whats gotten wet, or mold/mildew will develop soon.

Re: Kitchen Sink & other irritating things challenge
Found a serviceable one awhile back at a Habitat for Humanity store, even had a good faucet attached...replaced the missing one from the home with just a little countertop trimming.
Check for a Habitat store near you, maybe you'll get lucky.

Re: upgrade mh to stick built
Due to the costs involved with building a foundation, would you be able to increase the value of the home enough to justify "the build"?? Or would it be possible(and less expensive) to sell what you have and look for a stick-built home(perhaps a short sale/foreclosure)

Re: all doors and windows leaking
If possible, remove all previous repairs, then caulk around the windows and doors. If you remove/replace the screws, put a drop or two of sealer on each one to help seal everything up. I do agree with the previous posts, check the roof for leaks and work your way down until you find your problem. Go...

Re: Moisture Barrier trying to make sense of it
As Mike from Holmes on Homes says, "Minimum code is just that, minimum code." Code is not necessarily the best solution, just enough to satisfy inspectors. Anytime you have warm, dryer air(indoors) meet cooler, moist air(outdoors), water can condense on the surface. Moisture=mold. This is ...

Re: Bathroom Fan replacement
Best and easiest is to replace with a fan unit thats as close to original as possible. Less fuss that way. Make sure your fan is vented to the outside with no air leaks.

Re: insulating the floor and skirting?
If you setup your belly like rookie35 did, it will help prevent freeze up of pipes and may help with the cold floors a little.
