Hi,
Am I missing something...I did not see any mention of a well in the OP's post? But, I agree with calling your county for the info you need.
My home sits less than 15 feet from the actual septic tank...BUT, my home was set up 37 years ago.

Re: turning a garden tub in to one with jets
I asked my Hubby about this an he personally is unaware of any kits that would convert this tub. You would not only need to cut the tub for jets, but you would also need a place for the motor and tubing that the water runs through. Also jacuzzi's need to be on there own dedicated circuit. Now just b...

Re: selling a mobile home water heater...
There are many threads on the on demand water heaters. Make sure to check with your insurance company, I wanted a gas one and they said no, not MH rated.

Hi, If you can be approved for a traditional mortgage then go that that way. Interest rates are less. I have heard complete horror stories from thers about MH fianancing companies. As for the home itself I agree with Greg and Harry. but I would like to go a step further. It will cost you dearly in t...

Hi,
My advice would be call an attorney...
I am moving this to the Off Topics forum as this is not about repairs.

Re: Changing water heater from elec. to gas
Your current water tank should/better have a label that says MH approved. If it does then you are fine. To convert from gas to electric you will need to make sure that your electric service panel has room for another breaker. This tank would need/require it's own dedicated circuit. As for cost, well...

Re: Solid surface countertops
You can google home improvment stores by name in your area...most will give you an idea, if not the websites will explain how to measure then call the store for a quote/estimate. Granite generally is sold at specialty shops, I have not seen them at my Lowe's.

Remember to consider that when you remove the siding and add a sheathing then replace your vinyl you will have to come up with creative trim...your windows will be recessed after.

Hi Mark, OK, sounds like you got a handle on what you need to do and with what you have already done. Lucky you to own a kubota, Hubby wants one as well! Glad to hear the deck is free standing, many people attach them and it causes major problems to the home. If you are still getting alot of run off...
