Motor was not running when it quit-- won't start---

Put in a new run capacitor-- runs fine now

So my MIL calls says its hot in her mobile home-- I discover condenser fan not working- go ahead and kick start it-- it works for about a week--she calls again- I then pull out motor- inject oil into the oil holes- it works for about a 1/2 day-- she calls again. Fan motor is an Emerson model 1468-21...
