How would I test the circuit?

Hello. My furnace lights and heats up. Then, the fan will kick on for maybe 10 seconds and kick right back off again. The fan will just continue to kick on and off until I go turn the power switch off at the furnace. About 5-10 seconds after turn the power switch off, I hear a click (like something ...
