The tub is in really good condition. Just need to change the color as we upgraded the toilet and vanity.

Yes I was told that epoxy would work. The only one I know of is "Tile Doc" by X-I-M., but I do not know where to get it over here (Calgary, Alberta). And yes the tiles go all around the tub. And the floor is also about 0.5" higher than the tub. That is why I feel that paint is the onl...

I have a bathtub (either fiberglass or hard rough plastic) that need to be painted. I cannot replace it because it is incased between 3 walls and a floor of ceramic tiles.

any suggestions.

That is correct Tyvex air barrier membrane (not tyrex). Have also R14 green insulation and 5 sheet 2x4 of styroflow ( I know - writing toward the bottom - styroflow first then tyvex). Last week we changed the kitchen faucet not realizing that the link was loose. Water accumulated in the underbelly. We had to change part of the insulation in two places. On one side, close to the outer wall I need to add a water barrier (Tyrex paper). Do I staple it directly under the floor or last...

changing flexible ducting

How do I change the flexible ducting on my dryer through the floor and insulation ? I am afraid of touching the platic and underbelly isolation.
