Re: Tankless Hot water heaters
I'm considering the unit for a place in southwest florida where the water temperature is warmer than most areas plus our water pressure is really high so not worried there. It's just a single wide with one bathroom so there might be a chance that a shower and sink might be used at the same time. The...

Tankless Hot water heaters

What size electric tankless hot water heater would be best for us. One bathroom, kitchen and bathroom sink and we do not ...

Kitchen Cabinets
This may be nothing new but I was wondering if any one has any ideas about refinishing the original vinyl over pressboard kitchen cabinets in our manufactured home. Thanks for all your help and ideas.

A/C unit (A/C and heat)
Our unit is on the back of our mobile home and it does get direct sun should we consider and enclosure or roof covering the unit to make it work less and last longer?

Re: Kitchen Lighting
Your kitchen is very nice. When you look at my picture the fan is is the center of the ceiling with bent plastic panels that cover the fluorescent lights. If I look under the panels it like the ceiling in the living room. Maybe others will post pics of there kitchen ceiling. Thanks for your help!

Re: Vinyl Siding
Thanks for all your help! Yes the vinyl soffit would end up being vertical siding, I used it in a refinished basement on the ceiling and it's worked great.
