Will it be maintenance free.
Will it be cold on the North.
Does the wall need extra strength.

Just a shot in the dark, but I think the flame would be yellow if a natural gas orfice was being used. My oven's orfice kit came with their size stamped on them. I think I prefer reading MHR articles to troubleshooting, but I will surely post what it was or hire you to guide me through it. My experience tells me that it's usually more than one thing wrong, and like me the equipment is showing it's age.
