Will it be maintenance free.
Will it be cold on the North.
Does the wall need extra strength.
Will its frame sweat onto the interior sill.
Is the glass guaranteed not to fog.

Just a shot in the dark, but I think the flame would be yellow if a natural gas orfice was being used. My oven's orfice kit came with their size stamped on them. The wrong orfice might also make the flame less hot, as well as leaving gas unburned. I'd sure verify the flame is burning right. It shoul...

I'll test everything I can.
I think I prefer reading MHR articles to troubleshooting, but I will surely post what it was or hire you to guide me through it. My experience tells me that it's usually more than one thing wrong, and like me the equipment is showing it's age.
