Yes I do have a 24vac gas valve. What is the best way to test it???

Burner and Pilot goes out after 15 mins.
I have a Coleman Evcon Presidential model#7975C856. I can light the pilot and it stays lit. Strong blue flame. I push the thermostat up and the unit comes on.Burner has a strong blue flame and the fan kicks in like it is suppose to do. But after 15-20 mins., the flame goes out and the pilot goes out...
