It’s been almost a year, and I haven’t gotten far with all the work.
Problems I had/have,
1 Rain running under the home.
I now have a trench in place to run the water to each end.
2 The ground was so wet I couldn’t work down under.
I got the under pinning removed and the plastic pulled out and now the ground is dry.
3 The front and rear porches were attached to the home.
I moved the floor of the porches 1” from the home, but the porch roofs are still attached.
4 Home out of level. 9 inches higher (or lower) at the ends.
I started to level the home and got the $^&% shocked out of me. Think I need to repair the elect problems next.
5 No insulation or belly material.
6 Wiring chewed on by rodents.
7 Heater duct.
8 Repair the floor.

Well some repairs are better than no repairs...my advice, the wiring next...especially since you got zapped!

Turn MAIN breaker OFF at service pole. Then run 2-3 grounding rods 8 ft into ground.

Connect bare copper grounding wire to rods and to I-beams under home.

I would do 2 to I
beams and 2 to home at some point where it is metal if applicable.

THEN make repairs, but if you miss one, the above could save your life.

Thanks,
Robert
