Hi,
I'm posting this furnace request here so more people see it. I am looking for some information. We are trying to increase our information on Coleman furnaces that contain a Deluxe Blend Air system which operates using a mechanical timer (vs a circuit board). If you have one of these systems, please contact us so we can ask you a couple questions.
The blend air system would be a model 7681-8171 or a 7681-8171/A. This model number should be written on the control box which houses the lower board or the timer. This is not the furnace model number. If your model has a lower control circuit board, then you probably don't have the mechanical timer. If yours doesn't have the lower board but does have a timer, do contact me at info@mobilehomerepair.com.
The timer is no longer made, but we believe we have a work-around for replacing a defective timer (part # 7681-8291 or 7681-8291/B), but we got questions.
Thanks a bunch,
Mark
