Replacing bathtub

Hello, I need to replace the garden tub in my master bath and I want to convert the bathtub to a shower unit in my other bathroom. Is there a repair and replacement guide I can purchase that can help me DIY these projects or if I need to hire someone can anyone give me a ball park estimate of what this might cost me to have someone do this for me? Thanks for any help.

Do you know where I can find a national listing for contractors that do this kind of work? I'd like to see if there is anyone that specializes in mobile home tub repair or replacement in my area.

I don't know of such a national listing.

What part of the coutry do you live? Maybe someone can put you on to someone near you.

There certainly no one around my neck of the woods reliable and honest.....that I have found.
