coleman 3400a816 need a replacement heating element for the winter time.
also our unit will not turn on by the t-stat neither by switching it to manual. but if u go inside the unit and turn the lil black switch with no words on it to the right the blower comes on but the ac unit outside doesnt come on. also with the heat put it in heat position nothing happens only the blower blows. but turn the switch bk to ur left it doesnt come on at all...not in manual neither auto. could this be a sSequencer problem? check for alll lost wires soo nothing losss and also i dont have a v-checker either.
Heating Element
Hi,
You have lost a connection between transformer and t-stat is what it sounds like.
Or, maybe the transformer itself, would need a meter to test transformer for voltage.
PRIMARY - LINE side = 240VAC
SECONDARY - LOAD side = 24VAC
Thanks,
Robert

Some people are Humbly Grateful, while some are Grumbly Hateful.................... Which one are you ?
