Hi

My insurance would say "it depends on what the adjuster comes up with". In other words if the adjuster decides the tub replacement is a necessary part of the repair he might include it on the claim.

Aside from the roof leak, soft floors, rats, mice and bursted plumbing ........ how do you like it?

It may depend on if the tub is what caused the damage, If it is cracked and water leaking through the crack CAUSED the problem, than it should be covered. If you want a new tub just because the old one is out - sorry! Greg
