Water in duct work

My fixer upper MH has gotten water in the duct work in the master bedroom and I don't know where it came from. The home has been vacant since Oct 08; water was shut off at that time. The water tank is in a closet space next to the master bedroom and the home wasn't winterized but could the water from the water tank leak into the duct work? There's no indication of water on or in the carpeting of the bedroom. Any thoughts as to what is going on?

Hi
I tryed to look at your profile but I could not.
What state are you in?
Is this a double wide or single wide?

Aside from the roof leak, soft floors, rats, mice and bursted plumbing ........ how do you like it?
It's a SW is in the northern mountains of Va.
I don't know how long the water has been standing in the duck work but the shop vac was full of water when I cleaned the vents out yesterday.
It's strange that much water could get in the heat ducts but not drain out.
