My Coleman Furnace does not ignite. Blower works. Standing Pilot light is on. The Gas Valve does not open. When i pull the 2 wires of the Gas valve and messure the voltage between them it reads 20V. When I put the wires back on the Gas valve I measure 3V.
What can this be...

Hi,

Could be an internal short. Test the primary-line side of transformer for 120vac and the secondary-load side for 24 to 28vac.
