I have a 2007 Giles 16 x 80. There is no overhang from the roof, and everytime it rains a decent rain, I get water coming in at both exterior doors. It is causing the door frame to swell and discolor, as well as the trim on the inside of the door. I have tried caulking, etc, but it never lasts. Other than building a roof/peak over the porch to prevent water from dripping down and making it's way into the door frame, are there any products you can purchase to install over the door to deflect the water away? Maybe a visor or shield of some sort? Any other ideas..?

You may try an awning or you can bend some flashing over the door to deflect the water from the door. Greg
