Ventilation
I have an early 1970s single wide mobile home. I've always had condensation problems in the winter but last winter it got much worse. Water was dripping from the ceiling fans and ceiling light fixtures. Alot more brown spots appeared on the ceiling panels also. I thought about adding vents on both ends of trailer but I don't think there is enough room between ceiling and metal roof. Is there anything else I can do to correct this problem.
Water dripping from ceiling fans and light fixtures would not be from condensation. Have you checked roof for leaks.
Condensation would only happen if a surface was between two different temps.
Thanks,
Robert
