Blower motor will start spinning slowly and not "kick in" to full rpm even when therostat is set to on position, but it does spin slowly and gets extremely hot.

Try spinning wheel with something to see if it will kick in full speed and run full cycle.


Also test across the 2 motor wires, one a common/neutral from breaker/fuse and the other the high speed wire.

Test for 120VAC across them and then each one to a good ground for 120VAC.
