shower stall water supply

i need a shower stall water supply unit it is 8"centre water inlets cold and hot water in each end and a centre outlet to the shower head.there are 3 nozzles on the same side of the fitting.
o----o----o something like what is illustrated here.

You should be able to get that from a local home store. Lowes sells a Moen for $92.00. It is a good faucet.
