We got the propane model. Still have lots of work to do before we get the occupancy permit so we cn move in.

Again with tankless water heater

As I said we are real interested in these also, seems to take 5 gallons of water plus before we have hot water in the master bath! Hot water tank is located in the kitchen, master bath is at the opposite end!
If possible take some pics so we can see what is required.
