Morning....

Has anyone ever used wall paper in a MH? I have walls that were vinyl covered sheetrock, (built in 95), since painted with 2 coats of satin sheen, paint/primer. I would love to put up wall paper, but I'm terrified the wall will crumble, or absorb the water and mold. Anyone have success with this?

Vinyl clad wallboard shouldn't have an absorption problem. Actually, it would be a good idea to degloss the panel surface and then cover with wallpaper primer sealer. A wallpaper primer sealer will give good adhesion and allow the paper to slip when installing. If you use Kilz original or 1-2-3 you should use sizing to help the paper move. Don't cover mold or mildew. Remove or kill and clean properly, let dry and use mildew resistant products.
