Outside Screws

We decided to replace the rusted screws on the outside of our mobile home. Problem is there is still a stain around the screw holes that isn't completely covered by the screw. Any idea on how to get rid of this? We plan on painting the home eventually and don't want that stain to come through.

There are stain removers for rust, or if you are going to paint it just use some metal primer, there may be some close to your color.
