Hi All,
silly me. I forgot to get mobile home insurance for the last 9 years. I need to get it but can't find any insurance companies that cover mobile homes. I live in an earthquake area of California. So I want everything covered. Can someone make a recommendation?
Thanks,
Dave

Check with who ever carriers your Auto policy, Many will bundle homeowner & auto. Some do place age restrictions on the home, usually pre HUD homes (mid 80's) they try to stay away from.
Shop around, prices are all over the place.

I am insured through Allstate.
I just got insurance through Foremost. I got a $500K liability, $45k personal property, and $85K replacement policy for $550 a year. not bad.

Also, I'm in Central California, not prime quake country but we still get a few shakers now and then .
