After a HARD rain I noticed water dripping from both bathroom vents (with lights). Never happened before as far as I can tell, and no water damage to ceiling.
How hard is it to replace these? Mine are original 1989.

You will get to get up on the roof and get a look at what is really happening. Lots of "could be's" May be a vent cover missing, could be rust, could be gasket/caulk, could be.......
