I am having problems with my blower fan running constantly. Yesterday I replaced the sequencer in my unit Part #3110-3571 with no effect. I am wondering if it may be the thermostat. Someone had said it may be the relay, but would the blower still work if the relay was bad? No matter what setting the thermostat is on, the blower constantly blows, this is why I believe it may be the thermostat. And if it is the thermostat, would a thermostat from Lowes or Home Depot work with my unit.
I am also having trouble with the water not running down the pvc pipe, I have tried bleach but no luck. I don't know if it's just too much water at one time because it will not turn off or what.

More that likely the relay is defective because it is stuck on.
It could also be a pinched wire or the thermostat.
You would be better off checking the 24 volt control circuit with a meter to see exactly which part is defective instead of just replacing parts.

God, grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
the courage to change the things I can;
and the wisdom to know the difference.

Well the only thing is....I do not know anything about meters and testers and those sort of things.
How many wires connect to your t-stat ?
Turn power OFF, remove red wire connected to t-stat, turn power back ON.
Did the blower stop or keep running ?
If it stopped, most likely the t-stat.
If it keeps running, either the blower relay contacts are stuck or you have a short between two wires.
After t-stat test, if still running, go to blower relay.
Turn power OFF, remove one of the two coil wires from 1 or 3 .
Turn power back ON, did it stop ?
If so, you have a short, call a Tech.
If not and it is still running, most likely the blower relay is faulty.
