im getting ready to replace the shower pan on my stand up shower but i cant figure out how to get the pan out.Ive done a internet search and cant find anything that tells how i would get the pan out.I was wondering if anyone here has ever replaced one or could tell me how.The size of the pan is 32''x32'' and the drain is in the middle. Thanks
Hi,
First you remove the drain. Most likely you'll have to crawl underneath the home to do this.
For most shower pans, you remove the pan by first removing the walls. This will then expose some screws along the rim of the pan. Remove those screws and the pan should come right out.
Oh, if you don't see any screws at the top flange of the shower walls, the walls may simply be glued to the wall. Grab and pull carefully if you intend to reuse them.
Good luck!

You can't fail if you don't try!
