Need new window sash

I have a 2001 Hart Home. I need to replace the lower sash on the windows the glass is busted. The company, Creation Housing doesn't exist anymore, any ideas on where to get replacements? This is the info on the window casing, 46x60 DH Low-E . Thanks in advance.

A few ideas. First try contacting a glass company in your area and see if it is possible to just replace the glass.
The other idea would be to check home centers for that size window and replace the whole window, it may cost less plus it could be a more efficient window than what you have.
