To level or not to level?

So my double wide is a '71 and I'm pretty sure it's been in the same space since it was new. I don't know if it's ever been leveled, but if it was it's clear its been many years since. I'm curious, at this point, since i have some squeaky spots and a few doors that aren't quite plum, since it's been sitting in it's current state for so long, would leveling cause more issues than solve at this point? I realize this is kind of an open ended question, but just looking for general guidance
The only accurate way to level a home is with a water level. The easiest way I found was to go under with the water level, paper & soapstone or chalk. I start with a middle pier and make that "0". check each pier from there and make a map on the paper and mark each pier as +/- what ever reading you get. I also write the reading on the frame so when you adjust it you have a better idea of what you need for shims.
