Ventilation from bath and dryer

I think I'm going to need to post once a day for a while!
The dryer vent in my house goes down into the floor. I thought it might vent out to the side of the foundation, but it appears to be solid concrete there. I don't really want that venting to my crawl space, do i? (If a rat came in there I would die!) (I had a mouse come in that way once)
And there is no ventilation in the bathrooms. Should I have some sort of fans put in? I have no 'attic', my ceilings are vaulted. so can i have bathroom and dryer vents come out the wall of the house? Is that a thing?
