I have a coleman evcon electric furnace in a double wide. The fan works good, the elements won't fire.

Need to see if you are getting 24-28vac across the bottom H1/H2 and H3/H4 terminals of sequencers.
One meter lead on one side and the other lead on the other side.
IF you have that, then test across top and middle terminals M1-M2, M3-M4 and M5-M6 for 240vac.
