EB23B blower motor won't turn off

I have a Coleman EB23B, SR# W0G6591093. Last night the blower motor locked on and will not turn off. I can turn the thermostat off, but nothing. The Heat Pump cycles on and off just as it should, but the blower will only turn off with the breakers in the main panel. Is it the sequencer?

Hi,
Most likely. Only other would be a direct short to motor.
With t-stat OFF and motor still running, test across M1 and M2 on sequencer.
Should read 240VAC, if it reads 0VAC, it's bad.
