Pipe freezing up on a coleman 3400-A816

Can anyone help me on my ac unit. We live in a 16x70 mobile home in Phoenix (hot hot hot) and our ac unit pipe keeps freezing. I've posted my pictures under kamiller73 of the ac unit. Last sept a guy came out and fixed the relay switch on the outside part because he said it kept getting froze closed and that it shouldn't freeze up again, but today i notice the pipe froze again. It would freeze up from the inside to the outside. Don't understand whats going on and it will soon be 110 degrees. Thanks for any answers and god bless
