PB suits round three

I just opened Parade Magazine and on page 6 is yet another notice of a class action suit against the makers of Polybutylene pipe. This the the third one that I know of, how many times do these lawyers think they can beat a dead horse?
My advice to anyone thinking of joining in is don't waste you time! It will cost more in postage than you will get from a settlement. I DID join in the first one, I think about 10 years ago. To date I have not even received a postcard acknowledging that I was part of it, let alone any money. The only people that make money in a case like this is the lawyers.
The reason I am posting this is because we do have people here that ask about it and a few that were waiting for settlement money to replace the pipes. Again my advice, don't waste your time, if you think you need to replace pipes just do it, don't wait for a lawyer. Greg
