Believe it or else.....

Our house (not a MH) was built in 1984, it is 24 yrs. old. Our gas water heaters have never been replaced and we have plenty of hot water! 24 years!! We still have our original stove, oven, and we just recently replaced our dishwasher and furnace, our appliances are lasting long!
