Need Replacement forColeman 3400-818 Elec Furnace

I am buying a property with a manufactured home. During insection I discovered the heater unit, (blower seems in tack) of the Furnace is missing. Without a parts breakdown, I am not sure how many parts are missing. I am considering either aquiring the parts to fix or replacing with a new unit. My question is where would I get the parts breakdown and purchase new parts or what new unit would fit the existing infrastructure and provide the same intended output, which I beleive is 60,000 BTU. I appreciate any information, I have never worked on a mobile home heater system, only conventional home units.

Any electric furnace of same heat KW that will fit in the space available will work.
